Our Heart of Remembrance Necklace features a hollow silver heart entwined with a red and black poppy flower. It is a beautiful item that you can wear all year round and is handmade to order in our Birmingham office. It acts as a lovely piece to remember your loved ones. The Poppy pendant is designed to hang freely along with the heart with a small split ring to keep them together. It measures 1.5cm in diameter and hangs from a lovely 45cm sterling silver plated chain.
